Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè (/ˈtɘlo/ /ˈqogɘ/ [mind (thinking faculty); brain] [sentence]) is a subtropical Small Town located in the Vyirukrtmakha Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè was founded by Trêj Èdonhëm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 31°C (87°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè receives an average of 93 cm/y (36 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 4470 m (14665 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè was founded durring the early 13th century in fall of the year 1235, by Trêj Èdonhëm. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Trêj Èdonhëm.
Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè is was constructed arround several broad carved bedrock mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. Unfortuantly, these exceptionaly well made fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè’s streets.
Civic Infrastructure
Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè.

Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè is home to a University which provides higher education in a variety of fields, and also serves as a research institute for those same fields.
Cultural Notes
Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is based upon new and innovative technologies of construction and the idea that form should follow function. It was an embrace of minimalism and a rejection of ornament. The style became characterized by an emphasis on volume, asymmetrical compositions, and minimal ornamentation..
In Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.
The Half-Celestial Unicorn near Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Dêk-qogê Dêtîkè's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves ritual combat to channel Invocation energies of tier 2 via singing.
